Azerbaijani art is as old and rich as the history of our people. Rock paintings of Gobustan, artistic ceramics and metalwork of Caucasian Albania, art glass and carving, examples of the world-famous miniature art of Tabriz in the Middle Ages, colorful carpets, embroideries, glazed pottery, tile art, exquisitely worked nets and high-quality jewelry - all this it proves how rich our artistic heritage is. In addition, we see that such examples from Yerevan, which is the historical territory of Azerbaijan, are located in world museums. Our handicrafts, created by the hard work of our people and widely used in everyday life, have a long and rich history. Research has shown that the tribes living in Azerbaijan used original shaped vessels, weapons, and sometimes samples made of stone, clay and metal and used them in their lives 4000 years ago. These works of art have attracted the attention of art researchers for a long time due to their original form, fine workmanship and especially the decorations on them.
